Clients are responsible for rights and permissions for logos, music, presentations, footage, artwork, attendee data, and other materials they provide for an event.

Inquiries and Proposals
Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or service agreement. Scope, dates, fees, payment milestones, and responsibilities are confirmed only in an accepted written proposal or contract.

Event Changes
Changes to scope, schedule, venue, audience size, suppliers, or production requirements may affect price, availability, and delivery timelines. Material changes should be agreed in writing.

Venues and Suppliers
Third-party venues and suppliers may apply their own terms, lead times, safety rules, and cancellation conditions. Pretty Millz will communicate known requirements relevant to the agreed scope.
