Cancellation & Refund Guidance

General guidance on event deposits, cancellations, postponements, supplier commitments, and refunds.

Last updated: August 1, 2026 General guidance

Important Note

The cancellation and refund schedule in the signed event agreement takes priority. Supplier commitments and completed planning work may be non-refundable.

1

Deposits and Milestones

Event work may require a deposit and scheduled payments to secure planning time, venues, suppliers, performers, equipment, or materials. Exact milestones will be stated in the proposal.

2

Client Cancellation

Any refund depends on the signed agreement, notice period, work already completed, and costs already committed to venues or suppliers.

3

Postponement

Where possible, Pretty Millz may help move an event to a new date. Availability, supplier charges, price changes, and administrative costs may apply.

4

External Disruption

Weather, authority instructions, safety concerns, venue restrictions, or other circumstances outside reasonable control will be handled according to the event agreement and available supplier options.
